Time has been warped here at the gallery, like the gallery itself; we are not quite sure if the time passing is real or not.  However, we have to face facts and admit that almost a year has whooshed by from when this gallery was first planted on the desert floor.

Time again to renew our efforts to find another artist to show here.  This time we’re looking for an Australian Digital Artist.  We approached a digital artist from around the world, and although at first it looked promising, nothing has eventuated.

What to do next? 

Our plan is to firstly refine our approach.  Spell out exactly how this gallery works for a potential artist, and for everyone else. Second stage is to search (the web mainly) for people who would like to show their work here and hopefully sell it as well!  Since we are based in Australia, it makes sense to start with artists here.  Added to that, we don’t care exactly just how much experience the artist has got.  If there’s something special in the art, then that’s all that counts.

To help get an idea of the artist we would like to show, here, here, here and here are some links to website showing art we are interested in.  Finding a local that does digital art in same vein is our main goal.  Short of that, we are always open to suggestions!  Nominate an artist today!  But please… digital is the topic of the day.  Traditional can wait till next time.
