When you launch into the gallery you will be standing outside the front door to The Feather Gallery. As the gallery becomes available on your computer, instructions will help guide you around the gallery.
Moving around inside the gallery is simply a matter of pressing on the painting you want to move in front of. Watch for when the pointer changes to a finger and check whether the words “Not ready” appear, if not then click there for that view!
A closer view is available for every picture hanging in the gallery. However, you have to be standing in front of it before you can take a closer look. Just click over the painting once it is in front of you.
The Feather Gallery has been designed so that there is always another picture in view to navigate to. However, it can sometimes take a little practice to find your way quickly to a particular painting you like. To help you with this, a “Quick Selector” list has been provided. This list will show you all the paintings being shown, including current bid information and a green tick indicating whether you’ve already seen the painting or not. Selecting a painting in the list will take you to the gallery view of the painting.
Information about the painting including the current bid is shown when you take a closer look at the painting.
Don’t forget to check out the view from the raised walkway at the back!
