Bidding on a painting can be done from the close up view of each painting (press over a painting once it is in the foreground).
Simply press the ‘Bid Button’ and fill out the form. Be sure to include a valid email address otherwise we will not be able to confirm your bid with you.
Updating the current bid value is done manually behind the scenes. So it may take a little while for the current bid value to reflect your bid. Hopefully no more than a few hours.
For this exhibition your bid value is for the picture itself. It does not include postage costs. However, as the name suggests all the paintings can be sent in a post pack, so the shipping costs are not expected to be too high.
The last update of the “current highest bid” will be made at 11am on the last day of this auction. (The current auction closes at midday on the 29th August 2005.) Competing bids received between 11am and midday will be negotiated after midday between the highest bidders until a winner is declared.
